Welcome! This page covers the most common questions about Wealth Quest. If you don’t find your answer here, reach out — we read every email and reply within 1–3 business days.
When you email us, please include:
How do I play Wealth Quest? Match 3 or more matching tiles in a row or column to earn coins. Use those coins to invest in stocks, ETFs, and savings accounts — your holdings grow over time, even when you’re not playing. Complete levels to unlock new investment types and city districts.
Where can I see my progress over time? Tap 📈 View Wealth Chart on the Home screen to see your wealth history, your all-time high, and how your current wealth compares to your peak.
What do the colored tiles mean?
I bought coins but they didn’t appear in my account. First, try restoring purchases:
If they still don’t show up, email us with:
How do I cancel my Premium Pass subscription? Subscriptions are managed through Apple, not through Wealth Quest:
Your Premium benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund? Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us directly. To request one:
Apple decides on refunds case by case.
Will I lose my progress if I delete the app? Your gameplay progress is saved locally on your device. If you delete the app, the local save is removed. Your in-app purchases (Premium Pass, Remove Ads, coin packs) can be restored on the same Apple ID using the Restore Purchases button — but your levels, wealth, and holdings will reset on a fresh install.
Can I sync my progress between devices? Not at this time. Your progress stays on the device you’re playing on.
There are too many ads — can I remove them? Yes. Go to the Store screen and purchase “Remove Ads” as a one-time in-app purchase. Banner and interstitial ads will be removed permanently for that Apple ID.
You can still choose to watch optional rewarded ads (the “Double Coins” button on Level Complete) — those stay available because they’re entirely optional and give you a bonus.
An ad froze the game. Close the app fully (swipe up from the bottom and flick Wealth Quest away) and reopen. If it keeps happening, email us with your device model and we’ll investigate.
The app crashes when I open it.
A level seems impossible. Most levels have a clear path with enough moves, but some difficulty curves can feel sharp. If you’re truly stuck:
What data do you collect? See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown. Short version: device ID, gameplay events, crash reports, and ad/purchase data — all standard for free-to-play games. We do not collect real names, contacts, or location.
Can I delete my data? Gameplay data is stored locally on your device — uninstall the app to delete it. For any data we hold on our analytics servers, email us and we’ll process a deletion request within 30 days.
Is this game appropriate for kids? Wealth Quest is rated 4+ in the App Store. It contains no violence, profanity, or mature content. The investing concepts are introduced in age-appropriate language, but younger players may want a parent’s help with strategy.
Is this real financial advice? No. Wealth Quest is a game for entertainment and education. The concepts taught (diversification, compound growth, etc.) are real, but the game is not a substitute for licensed financial advice. Always do your own research before making real-world financial decisions.
