These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Bible Quest Games (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and govern your use of the mobile application Bible Quest (the “App”).
By downloading, installing, or using Bible Quest, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Bible Quest. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Bible Quest is an educational game designed to help players learn about the Bible — its people, places, events, and teachings — in a fun, encouraging environment.
Bible Quest is denominationally neutral and is not a substitute for religious instruction, theological study, or guidance from a pastor, priest, religious teacher, or congregation.
The App presents widely-agreed biblical narrative and does not represent, promote, or endorse any particular denomination, church, or religious organization. Questions, explanations, and lessons use verse references and original paraphrases; the App does not reproduce full copyrighted translation text. Nothing in the App is intended as authoritative theological teaching, and reasonable people across Christian traditions may interpret matters of faith differently.
You do not need to create a formal account to use Bible Quest. You are signed in anonymously, your progress is saved on your device, and it may be backed up to our servers anonymously. You are responsible for:

All content in the App — including game mechanics, characters, artwork, music, sound effects, code, text, and trademarks — is owned by Bible Quest Games or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.
The Bible Quest name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Bible Quest Games.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or other ideas to us, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the App or our other products, without obligation to compensate or credit you.
The App integrates services from third parties including (but not limited to) Firebase (Google), AdMob (Google), RevenueCat, Sentry, the Apple App Store, and Google Play. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.
Bible Quest may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or any consequences of those ads. Clicking on ads or interacting with advertisers is at your own risk.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIBLE QUEST GAMES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bible Quest Games, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved by binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, conducted by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing glenbailey@yahoo.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through an in-app notice or update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after the change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bible Quest Games regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements.
